CTR CULTURE STUDIOS
ATLANTA’S HUB FOR ART & DIGITAL POSIBILITIES
What Is CTR Culture Studios?
CTR Culture Studios is a hub for Arts & Digital Possibilities—an interdisciplinary creative incubator and studio residency located in downtown Atlanta at The CTR. Once open, CTR Culture Studios will function as a hybrid incubator, studio workspace, and platform where creative professionals can produce work while engaging directly with the community. Spanning approximately 10,000 square feet, the space will support both individual artistic practice and collaborative, public–facing experiences.
Powered by CP Group and Downtown Atlanta Inc. in partnership with ASHA Advisory, Fulton County Public Art Futures Lab, and The Creatives Project. The program provides creatives with affordable, private studio space within a supportive, collaborative environment.
Selected artists will receive studios at a below-market rate of $400 per month, offering the freedom to develop work across disciplines while building a sustained practice in a dynamic creative ecosystem.
This is a public-facing cultural platform. In exchange for subsidized space, selected creatives commit to three public engagement activations annually, designed to connect their work to the broader community:
One Open Studio / Open House event at CTR
One Collaborative Exhibition or Program at CTR
One Downtown Atlanta Inc. Activation in the Downtown District
Activation formats may include (but are not limited to):
Artist talks or panel discussions (3–4 artists)
Storefront activations (subject to availability)
Public performances or installations
Workshops or participatory programming
This model is intentionally designed to bridge traditional artistic practices with new media, storytelling, and content creation, while fostering meaningful exchange between artists and the public.
The program provides:
Affordable studio and office space, including seven dedicated studios
Shared amenities, including a large, shared flex space, conference room, and collaborative office environment
A gallery that doubles as a projection mapping lab between exhibitions and events
A reservable event space for community panels, workshops, and conferences
Access to digital media tools and mentorship
Opportunities for exhibitions, performances, workshops, and screenings
Public-facing programming integrated through The CTR and downtown Atlanta at large
