TCP Resident Hannah Perner-Wilson collaborates with great performers!

We are so proud of TCP Artist-in-Studio resident Hannah Perner-Wilson! TCP's spirit of collaboration continues through Hannah's work. Extremely interactive for viewers and collectors, her creations have lead to collaborative pieces for inclusion in performative works.

For the past six months Hannah has been working on a pair of data gloves for musician Imogen Heap, who will be performing her new song with them. The performance will stream live from the UK TODAY Sunday April 22nd, 2:30pm EST. Watch the live stream here  or if you missed it re-watch it here!

Hannah has also recently collaborated with Tian Justman on a pulsating LED cape and bed of LED flowers for Saiah's amazing performance of Rua|Wulf. The show runs through April 29th at the Goat Farm Arts Center in Atlanta. Read Burnaway's review here and make sure to check it out!

TCP's own Justin Rabideau's "WASTE NOT" Exhibition opens this friday at Barbara Archer Gallery

Our dear Justin Rabideau, TCP Artist-in-Studio Resident, has been putting his residency to great use in preparation for his most recent exhibit "WASTE NOT". It opens Friday Mar 2nd, from 7 to 10pm at Barbara Archer Gallery and will remain on view until March 24th.

"WASTE NOT" portrays two artists grappling with change, transformation, and re-interpretation. Justin Rabideau extracts meaning and purpose from forgotten materials, while James Bridges preserves moments by abstracting them to the point of essence. The artists savor everything, letting nothing go to waste.

This exhibit has been organized and curated by our friends over at Dashboard Co-op.

We can't wait to see you there!
