CLAYMATION AT COLUMBIA

As part of their residency outreach requirements, Artists Sara Santamaria, Jessica Caldas, Adam Forrester, and Maria Korol created specialized educational experiences for our students at various Columbia residential properties in Fulton. The video above is an example of the claymation videos created by our student’s under Sara’s direction.

CAPTURING COMMUNITY TESTIMONIAL

Although the sample above is a bit dated it is a great reflection of the youth experience for TCP’s Capturing Community. TCP artist Nick Madden asks his CAPTURE mentees Zila and Treana to give a recap of their workshop experience. The two students worked together as a team throughout the day while interviewing and photographing community members as Nick became a creative guide and provided the scaffolding for a positive experience.
